Danielle is recognized as a Business Growth Strategist that works to empower business owners to grow and strengthen their businesses. Danielle recently published a book, Solving the Profit Puzzle: Delivering Measurable Outcomes Through People, Processes, and Strategic Adaptability, that identifies key strategies any type of business can use to triple their leads, double their revenue, and triple/quadruple their net profits.
Danielle earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Relations from Millersville University in 1998, where she also completed a minor in Russian. Driven by a lifelong passion for solving complex puzzles and problems, she pursued her Master of Arts in Political Science and International Relations from Villanova University in 2001. Upon graduating, she was selected for the Presidential Management Fellowship, a flagship leadership development program that launched her extensive career in federal service and integrated logistics and product support.
Danielle is currently the President and Owner of Aries Consulting LLC, a woman-owned small business. Inspired by a desire to focus her subject matter expertise in an environment where she could have a greater visible impact, her work focuses on providing high-level strategic advisory and operational support to the Department of Defense and private sector businesses. Her firm specializes in helping clients navigate the complexities of national security, defense transformation, and technology integration through tailored consulting solutions.
Danielle is a certified Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt and has utilized these methodologies to streamline major programs, including the United States Coast Guard Deepwater supply chain. Her professional history includes leadership roles at Lockheed Martin and Guidehouse, as well as establishing two start-up organizations where she served as President and Managing Director. She is also a master of partnership development, evidenced by her leadership of acquisitions with the Abu Dhabi Ship Building alliance and her service as the Acting Country Program Director for Turkey within the DoD's Defense Security Cooperation Agency.
In addition to her technical achievements, Danielle is a transparent and vulnerable leader dedicated to fostering inclusive team environments. Danielle currently serves as the Vice President for Corporate Sponsorship for the AFCEA International Philadelphia Chapter and is an active member of the National Defense Industrial Association, the American Society of Naval Engineering, and the US Navy League.
